Overview
Chillington was repositioned as a dedicated shawarma-ordering experience, not a generic brand site.
The core objective was simple: make menu selection, customization, and checkout fast enough for hungry mobile users.
The Challenge
Users were dropping off when they had to navigate too many steps before seeing clear product options and total cost.
The old information architecture mixed brand messaging with transactional actions, slowing the ordering flow.
“If ordering dinner takes too long, users switch to the next vendor in seconds.”
Approach
I rebuilt the ordering path around three moments: choose item, customize quickly, checkout without confusion.
I introduced clearer product cards, visible add-ons, and a simpler quantity/pricing model for faster decisions.
