Kanva Skincare needed an ecommerce experience that balances brand aesthetics with practical product guidance.

The objective was to help users choose the right products faster and purchase with confidence.

Skincare buyers hesitate when ingredient benefits, routine fit, and expected outcomes are unclear.

Too much visual polish without educational structure can increase browsing but reduce purchase commitment.

In skincare ecommerce, clarity of benefit matters as much as visual brand expression.

I identified key intent states: first-time buyers seeking guidance and repeat buyers seeking speed.

This led to a dual UX strategy: educational product detail for new users and fast cart flow for returning users.
